Sabarimala Virtual Queue online booking started

Sabarimala is one of the famous pilgrim spot in south india where millions of people visit every year for the blessings of Lord Ayyappa. The pilgrim season starts in the middle of November ad ends up in the month of January.

Kerala police is the agency who controls and manages the crowd in sabarimala, which is a difficult  and risky task. Due to uncontrollable crowd experienced in last few years, kerala police took initiative in designing a web portal named "Sabarimala Virtual Q-System" and has been successfully implemented last year. So they have improved their portal a little more and now ready for the booking of next season of pilgrimage.

Sabarimala Virtual Q-System is an open window through which we can book our place in the special queue for darshan within a specified time slot. More than one devotee slots can be booked from a single profile in the web portal. Devotees can check the availability of tickets and can select their own time slots from the available through a simple user interface. Devotees who takes the coupon along with them will be directly send to the special queue near the holy 18 steps, so that they can avoid the long queues from pampa to sannidhanam.
